Return Eligibility

Items eligible for return must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition along with all original packaging, accessories, cases, cleaning cloths, and any included materials. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our website. Return requests must be initiated within 10 calendar days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped within 28 days.

Prescription Lens Returns

Prescription lens orders are subject to restocking fees. Single Vision Prescription Lenses are subject to a $50 restocking fee, while Progressive Vision Lenses are subject to a $100 restocking fee.

International Returns

We accept international returns for eligible orders. Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service such as DHL Express to ensure secure and trackable delivery. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the package is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on customs documentation to avoid delays or additional charges. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments during transit.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return request, please contact our support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. Including the original packing slip or order reference inside the package will help avoid processing delays. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and refund amounts are based on the original purchase price of the returned item(s).

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Products that have been altered, repaired, or adjusted by unauthorized third parties are also not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at (305) 498-5382 or email info@niuvisions.com. Orders placed before 12 PM EST may begin processing the same business day, while orders placed after 12 PM EST or during weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
