How does Niuvisions work?

Simple select your lenses and give us your prescription, and once you place an order we then send you a box with a prepaid shipping label place, your frames in the box and drop them in the mail to our office. We will custom make new lenses, fit them back into your frames, and send them back to you.

How do I an order?

Browse the www.niuvisions.com pick out a frame or send us your frame, fill our prescription and tell us what lenses and coatings you would like.

Where can I get my prescription?

From your eye care professional. They are required to provide you with your prescription following an eye exam.

What is the warranty?

90 day scratch and coating damage warranty from date received. If you lose the first box, we send you (the box you are supposed to put your frames in and send back) and you request a new one, there will be a $10 fee (this fee covers shipping and materials).

If you going to use your own frame, If your frames arrived damaged or brittle, (very old, worn out) it may risk of breaking or getting   damage during the lens replacement process and your frame to be at risk. Customer service will reach out and ask for your permission to proceed. If you choose to proceed with your order and your frame get damaged or break during the lens replacement process, Niuvisions is not liable for any damage caused to at risk frames. If you decide to cancel your order, we will return your frames to you and refund your lens purchase, minus a $15 shipping fee.

How much do prescription lenses cost?

New prescription lenses start at $95.00, it includes anti-glare, anti- scratched and UV filter.

Can I change the order after it is placed?

Unfortunately an order cannot be change after it has been processed .The  order is sent off to the laboratories as is and cannot be adjusted.

It is possible to order Niuvisions with non-prescription lenses?

Yes, we can do whatever you want.

My new lenses are blurry, what can I do?

Place make sure the prescription you send us is correct and up to date. We make your lenses based on that information. We are unable to re-make lenses based on incorrect or out dated prescription provided to us.

Can I order lenses that are both color tinted and transitions?

Unfortunately, no. Due to way basic color tint and transitions are applied, they cannot be applied to the same lens and you must choose one or the other.

Can I buy the frames alone?

Unfortunately, does not offer frames without lenses.

How long do I have to wait for my glasses after I have ordered them?

Your order will be delivered within 7-14 business days. Depending on the complexity of your prescription and package you select.

What is a PD and why do I have to supply this?

PD is the distance between pupils. This may be provided as two individual PD numbers, or one combined PD. The PD ensures the focal point of the lenses line up with your pupils for the best possible fit.

How can I measure PD?

Follow our instructions in our www.niuvisions.com  fit and a measured pupillary distance.

Do you offer prism correction?

Yes, when entering your prescription Add prism extra cost. Right, Left or Both eyes and the best options is upload your recently prescription.

What is an Anti-glare?

The anti glare coating eliminates reflections from the surface of your lenses.

What lens type is best for me?

Please reach out to our customer service team. We will help determine the best options.

What is Blue light filter?

Blue light filter coating or glasses are designed to filter out a portion of harmful blue and violet light, minimize the eye damage caused by digital screens.

What type of lenses does Niuvisions offer?

We offer a wide range of lenses for prescription and non-prescription use. We offer the best product in Single Vision, High Definition Progressive, Bifocal in different lens materials and coating.
